The entire rim of this tray lights up with red, blue and green LEDs.  The LEDs slowly change color or can be stopped on any color.  Suggestions for use include a cake plate, hors d'oeurves tray or base for another object to display.  Combine with our lighted Ice Buckets, IB-RGBW, as a pedestal for a dazzling display of color.
